Yasmeen Assisi Rogers Yasmeen has always been intrigued by the characteristics of peak performance, whether in sports, work or across organizations. Yasmeen held talent acquisition roles at Texas Instruments/Raytheon, then led a corporate recruiting team at a division of InterActive Corporation with a very simple goal: find the best talent. In 2004, she joined Monster Worldwide, the world's leading online career site. At Monster, Yasmeen held a strategic sales role in which she led aggressive growth with several key Bay Area accounts including eBay, Google, Genentech, Electronic Arts and Autodesk. In late 2006, armed with a great idea, a MacBook Pro and a burning desire to build a best of breed recruitment tool, she joined forces with former colleague Troy Foster to create A-List Agent. It was clear that companies sought out innovators, agents of change, yet the tools to find this type of talent were limited. Yasmeen is responsible for new business development and overall strategic direction of the company. Kira Watkins Koertje Kira Watkins Koertje leads recruiting research, the critical "search" for peak performers. Kira also spearheads marketing strategy to determine methods to reach talented candidates. Kira brings strong communication, client service and analytical skills to A-List which she refined while working as business analyst at Monster Worldwide. In this key role, she was responsible for helping a $50M region track and leverage cross functional resources including sales, services, operations, marketing, finance as well as product development. She was instrumental in the sales team overachieving against aggressive growth goals, especially in key markets such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle and San Diego. Her strong work ethic, enthusiasm and ability to find the lighter side in situations won her many accolades including Monster's Employee of the Year recognition in 2004. Kira received her BA from Indiana University in Telecommunications with a minor in Marketing. As the older child from an Army family, she considered the opportunities to live in many parts of the United States an invaluable part of her education. Her first "real job" which was at age fifteen in the world of retail taught her the importance of exceeding client expectations, a lesson she incorporates into her work at A-List. Robert Lee Robert brings a breadth of legal recruiting experience, corporate operational and legal experience to A-List Agent. He has a keen ability to both identify and evaluate legal talent for his clients from an executive and legal perspective. Robert has served as CEO of Fly Online (acquired by Travelzoo) and VP of Intellevate (a professional services company acquired by CPA Global). He has also worked as a corporate and patent attorney in Silicon Valley. He received his JD/MBA (law and business) from UC Berkeley and his BS/BA (biochemistry and philosophy) from Yale University. Robert regularly speaks at business and legal conferences, and has been a guest speaker at the Indian Institute of Management, Google, and graduate and undergraduate classes at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. Troy R. Foster Troy brings 15 years of extensive experience in product management, technical sales, and consulting for global technology companies in Silicon Valley, including IBM, EMC/VMware, Texas Instruments/Raytheon, Sun Microsystems, and Citigroup in New York.
